Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), national recognition and credit transfer

Recognition of Prior Learning is a process by which a prospective student can demonstrate knowledge and competencies currently held, as a result of past experience or training, and through this possibly gain credit towards a qualification. Restrictions on RPL apply with Licencing units please contact the RTO for further information or to apply for RPL.

As an RTO, AWFTC will recognise current credentials issued by other RTO’s in any State/Territory of Australia. Where these credentials can be directly recognised this will be done at no cost to the student and will not require any further assessment.
